Swimming on the second afternoon:We swam every day but Granny wasn't always there to take photos. Each day the waves grew, which gave the kids an opportunity gradually to become familiar with the joy of being tossed by breakers onto the shore as each day made for bigger crashes.

Beautiful beach! I love the sunset picture -- it looks like the birds posed perfectly for you. : )
Our landscape is quite different -- we have about 6 inches of snow and it's supposed to continue through tomorrow.
I have to admit, Jeff took that particular photo, Kellie.
The snow must be nice ... but I did enjoy swimming every day. And the kids are loving wearing their sunglasses every time they take a step outdoors.
