As I am equipping my children for the life God planned for them,
God is equipping me for the life He planned for me.

First of all, balloon puppets are the MOST fun! Second of all, my kids LOVE peeling potatoes and carrots! Thirdly, the aquarium looks amazing and like a perfect learning atmosphere.
Been trying to keep up on your posts! TOo busy to post myself or anything right now, which is very dissapointing. Looks like things are going well for your homeschool and away school (when you aren't knocking the kids into walls and baring their skullbones anyway - lol!)!
Blessings,

Hi Andrea, good to hear from you!
We have had a lot of fun over the last few months with our homeschooling, not all of which makes it to the pages of this blog. A lot of it has to do with our decision to enrol Anna in grade 1 next year at Joshua's school, rather than pushing her that little bit harder so she could "test into" grade 2. I am completely confident that she already has the academic skills to see her doing well in grade 1, so it has become a matter of using the time before she starts away-school to have fun and make some lovely memories. She told me yesterday she is looking forward to away-school because she wants to go, but she's not looking forward to it because she will miss me. That is exactly as it should be!
And, for the record, I'd like to say that Joshua ran into the wall all on his own... he says he was practising his running for being Rescue Man when he grows up.
